15 Minute Consultation
This is a quick phone call to determine if we are a good fit to move forward.
55 Minute New Client Intake
This will be a comprehensive session in which we discuss your history, current reasons for coming to therapy and identify treatment goals to be the foundation of our work together.
55 Minute Follow Up
This is a regularly scheduled appointment for your continued therapy journey.
No Show or Late Cancellation Fee
I understand that we sometimes experience situations out of our control but if you are needing to cancel or reschedule- please do so 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or that are a no show (more than 15 minutes late), will be charged a $100 fee.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Inner Bloom Mental Wellness is required by federal law to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" for all patients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or opt out of using insurance benefits. Our policy is such that we will provide this estimate to you before your first scheduled appointment to ensure there are no surprises with costs related to services rendered at our practice.
