What can I expect in our first session?
Our first session will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals, my approach, and answer any questions you have about the process.
What services do you offer?
I provide individual telehealth therapy to people located in Arizona or Indiana. I also offer clinical supervision to Licensed Associate Counselors in AZ.
Do you offer in person and telehealth options?
I only provide telehealth therapy at this time.
Can I see you anywhere I want?
You must be physically located in a state that I am licensed in at the time of session (AZ or IN). If you are not in one of these states at the time of service, a $100 fee will be charged and the session will be cancelled.
How much do sessions costs?
15 minute consultation- Free, $220 Initial 55 minute intake and $160 for regular 55 minute follow up
Do you accept insurance?
I do accept insurance and am currently in network with several insurances while awaiting approval for more. I am also able to provide a super bill that you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. You are also welcome to pay out of pocket if I am not covered in your network.
How do I book a session?
You can schedule, reschedule or cancel directly in the portal or we are able to do it together in session.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
If you cancel within the 24 hour window of your session or are more than 15 minutes late to session, you will incur a $100 charge.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, therapy is confidential but that comes with a few exceptions. As a mandated reporter, I am required to break confidentiality if you are a danger to yourself or others or if there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, or elderly, or vulnerable adult.
What if I’m in crisis?
I do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Are you LGBTQIA+ affirming/culturally sensitive?
Yes. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, races, cultures, and backgrounds. I approach therapy with cultural humility and a deep respect for each client’s unique experiences and identities. My practice is grounded in ongoing education, reflection, and advocacy for equity and belonging.
